Description
View of the lake and the farmstead that sits behind Trappers Restaurant in Lindstrom, Minnesota. The restaurant has since changed hands and is now called "The Northern", and its still a popular sports bar and restaurant. I painted this from the restaurant parking lot one summer morning (en plein air, as the french would say).
